License Aerial Drone Footage of Wisconsin Towns and Cities
Wisconsin By AirReady-to-use aerial video and photos of communities across Wisconsin, available to license for marketing, tourism, real estate, and editorial projects.
Bousley Productions flies drones over towns and cities across Wisconsin and makes the footage available to license—no need to book your own shoot or wait on a production schedule. Most of what you'll find here is licensed non-exclusively, so more than one organization in the same town can use it, which keeps the price well below a custom shoot. If your organization needs something no one else has, exclusive rights are available too. Browse the footage map to see what's already been flown, or get in touch about a town that isn't on it yet.
How licensing works
Browse or ask. Look through the footage map for your town, or reach out if it hasn't been flown yet.
Step 1
Pick your license. Choose graded or ungraded footage, and non-exclusive or exclusive rights, based on what you need.
Step 2
Use it. Once payment clears, the files are yours to use for as long as your license allows, under the terms below.
Step 3
Graded footage has been color-corrected and polished by Bousley Productions before delivery—it's ready to drop into a finished project as-is, but it can't be edited or recut once you have it. Ungraded footage is delivered raw, so you're free to color-grade it, trim it, and build it into your own edit. If your team already has an editor, ungraded is usually the better value. If you need something ready to publish today, go graded.
Graded vs. ungraded footage
Non-exclusive vs. exclusive licenses
Non-exclusive is the default and the more affordable option—Bousley Productions can license the same footage to other organizations too, which is common for shared community assets like a downtown flyover. Exclusive rights mean the footage is licensed to your organization alone, for an agreed territory and term, at a premium. Most chambers and tourism boards do fine with non-exclusive; exclusive tends to make sense for a specific campaign, or a competitive situation where you don't want the same shot showing up in someone else's ad.
Every license covers one or more of the following, noted on your order form:
Commercial — advertising, marketing campaigns, promotional materials.
Editorial — news reporting, documentaries, educational content.
Social media — posts, reels, stories, and video platforms.
Website — landing pages, digital publications, embedded video.

FAQ
-
No—you're licensing the right to use it, not buying the copyright. Bousley Productions keeps ownership of the footage itself.
-
If you licensed ungraded footage, yes—trim it, color it, cut it into your own project freely. Graded footage can be trimmed to fit your project but not otherwise altered.
-
Only if you specifically license exclusive rights. By default, licenses are non-exclusive, meaning the same footage may also be licensed to other organizations.
-
Depends on whether the town's already been flown. If it's already on the footage map, delivery is fast once payment clears. If it needs a new flight, timing depends on scheduling and weather.
